iPhone backup & timemachine

Frings beta für iphone hat gerade meine SMS gelöscht.

Da dachte ich mir, die hol ich mir aus dem backup.

Dumm nur, dass itunes immer nur eine version hält. Dachte ich, macht nichts, ich hab ja ein backup von meinem Mac via time machine..

Aber nix da, die iphone backups sind vom timemachine backup excluded, schöne Scheisse. Danke Apple!

Deswegen habe die exclude list von time machine geändert

/System/Library/CoreServices/backupd.bundle/Contents/Resources/StdExclusions.plist

in machen dingen ist das iphone echt noch nicht ausgereift. da bleibt wohl nur zu hoffen, dass die neue version besser ist...
